Should be able to make hills with a capacity of many hundred meters, it's safe as long as its constructed with a low flight. Doesn't need much speed, its all about the flight. In reality engineers and constructors should be able to make 400 meters hills, if you look at the way they "fly" it's not any different from the way base jumpers fly or "track" with wing suits. They have very low speeds, some times as little as 60 kilometers per hour. Imagine this guy with a wing suite! We'll see much longer jumps in the decades to come if FIS supports it.
