12. That Koi fish is very gold! I have never seen a Koi so gold colored, before. He looks his worth, in gold. My husband and I had 5 Koi in our pond, one time. He got them from a friend of his, who wanted to slim down the amount of Koi, in his Koi Pond. It wasn't long before we found out that one of the fish was preggers and we ended up with quite a few babies, at first. One morning, there were only 3 babies left and one of the adults was dead and mangled. We found out that we had raccoons and they killed these fish, too easily. Within the next few days, I found new homes for the remaining Koi. One guy wanted to buy one and was over the moon, when we just gave three of them, to him, along with the remaining babies. He didn't have the raccoon problem, that we did, so hopefully, they are all doing well and thriving, with new generations of Koi fish.
